Scott Howie

Scott has been active in the Scottish commercial markets since 1989 and has worked with many multi-national property practices. He and Stephen decided to set up in practice together in 2004 to provide an enhanced and more personal level of service to clients.

During his career, Scott has provided advice on a wide range of investment and development projects including the site acquisition and onward sale of the created investment of a 100,000 sq ft B&Q in Coatbridge; the acquisition of a large retail investment with development potential on Buchanan Street, Glasgow for circa £33m; the sale of Wardpark Industrial Estate in Cumbernauld for circa £33m; disposal advice on a portfolio of office, industrial and residential investments on behalf of receivers; and the sale of land in Helensburgh on behalf of a private client for the development of Hermitage Academy.

Recently, Scott has acted on behalf of international accountancy practices on receiverships/administrations, institutional clients, property companies and private pension funds on a variety of projects. He has a firm commitment to obtain the best possible result for each of his clients, whether buying or selling.

Scott sits on the board of the Investment Property Forum in Scotland.
